For the purpose of carrying out HR management activities under a globalized operating system and to facilitate our assessment of you and management of the recruitment process, we need to provide the following personal information about you to our affiliates located outside of China through globally deployed information systems*:

境外接收方会在法律法规所允许的范围内,按照实现处理目的的最小必要期限保存您的个人信息,并根据《个人信息保护法》第47条的规定主动删除您的个人信息或响应您的删除请求。如法律、行政法规规定的保存期限未届满,或者删除个人信息从技术上难以实现的,境外接收方会停止除存储和采取必要的安全保护措施之外的处理。

我们将履行法律、法规和相关监管所要求的数据出境安全管理义务,并采取必要的安全措施保护您的个人信息。如您希望行使个人信息相关权利,您可以通过privacy@bruker.com直接向境外接收方提出请求,也可以直接要求我们协助联系境外接收方。

The overseas recipient will store your personal information for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, and will delete your personal information on its own initiative or respond to your request for deletion in accordance with Article 47 of the Personal Information Protection Law. If the retention period prescribed by laws and administrative regulations has not expired, or if deletion of personal information is technically difficult to achieve, the overseas recipient will stop processing other than storing and taking the necessary safety protection measures.

We will fulfill the obligations of cross-border data transfer management required by laws, regulations and relevant supervision, and take necessary security measures to protect your personal information. If you wish to exercise your rights related to your personal information, you may make a request to the overseas recipient via privacy@bruker.com, or directly request our assistance in contacting the overseas recipient.
