在加入清华 CBIR 并专注于心血管成像领域后,宋小磊教授在布鲁克 9.4 T MRI平台上研究了多种技术,用于载脂蛋白 E 小鼠模型的腹部血管壁磁共振成像。这些技术可以在不使用造影剂或使用炎症靶向探针的情况下进行血管斑块成像。此外,她还利用人工智能,通过学习 9.4T 高场扫描仪,增强在 3T 扫描仪上获得的 CEST Zspectra。

主讲人简介

宋小磊,清华大学生物医学影像研究中心副教授

宋小磊博士是清华大学生物医学研究影像中心副教授。她于 2008 年在清华大学生物医学工程系获得博士学位。2009年至2019年,她在约翰霍普金斯大学放射学系和细胞工程研究所工作,先后担任博士后研究员和终身制助理教授。她的研究兴趣是开发新型磁共振成像技术和 "智能 "分析工具,用于临床前和临床平台中分子和细胞事件的可视化。
