Simulating Energy Dependent Features of EBSD Patterns
ESPRIT DynamicS can be used to simulate realistic EBSD patterns at different acceleration voltages. This allows the analyst to determine characteristic energy dependent features of patterns. In this example on a Nickel specimen comparing experimental patterns with the corresponding dynamical simulation for different high voltage conditions. The energy-dependent zone axis structure is highlighted in red.
