In this webinar, we will explore the Fourier PAT (Process Analytical Technology) solution as integration of Bruker Benchtop NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) within synTQ PAT software.
We’ll showcase various applications where NMR complements and support other spectroscopic techniques, such as IR and Raman, in the orchestrated PAT framework. Additionally, we’ll discuss how NMR can be utilized to monitor complex matrix processes, such as enzymatic activity in complex biological mixtures sample, using an 80 MHz system. This last bioProcess will be monitored with data analysis adapter in synTQ software.
Specifically, we’ll demonstrate two orthogonal data analysis approach to the same process: 1) Chemometric approach by MVA (Multivariate Data Analysis) and 2) Hard modelling approach.
