In the current situation with COVID-19, many companies and public institutions avoid unnecessary physical visits. This is exactly why a strong digital p resence is of utmost importance.
Since 2017, Bruker offers remote demonstration and customer services. Our service and sales staff is well-trained in presenting our products and in finding solutions for customer problems and applications remotely.
This service is not replacing our established on-site demonstrations but was introduced and is maintained to meet the needs of customers and authorities. You are free to request a physical demonstration if there are no travel restrictions.
What does it look like?
However you like – your preference decides. You may either send us samples, which we will then demonstrate and analyze in a live stream, or we will prepare some samples which we will then talk about together. Either way, you get the full picture of our FT-IR and Raman solutions.
What do you need?
Internet, a modern browser and 30-45 minutes time - nothing more. We organize the online meeting and then we’ll arrange an appointment with you. You don't need to install any software and still have access to a versatile portfolio of interaction possibilities.
