Digital Graphics Designer (m/f/d)

New opportunity for a self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Graphic Designer interested in new experiences and professional growth to join the Bruker BioSpin Global Marketing Team based in Billerica, MA.

• Responsible for design of your projects from concept to completion.
  Translate the brand and design strategy into compelling content for the online and digital space
• Develop design elements for websites and social media
• Responsible for the design of graphic materials such as brochures, images, communication banners and related materials
• Propose design solutions that result in an excellent customer experience
• Present and discuss your proposals with other colleagues, take constructive feedback, and keep refining the design
• Coordinate with and manage vendor network
• Maintain our brands’ design standards, driving consistency across all channels
  Perform other duties as required.

• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design work experience involving different medias and in digital design, preferably within a multinational B2B company
• Proven track record of taking projects from concept to completion
• Very strong hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong communication skills to present ideas and discuss them with colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to move projects forward while considering input from colleagues
• Proven experience with web content management (Abobe Experience Manager)
• Experience creating videos and with After Effects and Adobe Premiere
• Highly self-motivated person with a strong work ethic, constructive and positive approach, and the ability to consult and engage with internal organization clients
• Demonstrated experience working and sharing excitement for new challenges and opportunities with cross-functional teams in a global, multi-cultural organization
• Proven ability to partner and work effectively in a diverse global environment including capability of gaining commitment and coordinated action for initiatives
• Demonstrated flexibility with ability to prioritize and manage differing time constraints
• Maintains positive and supportive working relationships across the company at all levels and with all parties
• Ability to maintain valid passport with flexibility for international travel.
  Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state or governing location.
• May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
