XFlash 6T-30

The XFlash^® 6T-30 is the detector for S/TEM with the best energy resolution. Due to its small diameter (slim-line design) it is particularly well suited for situations where little space is available for an EDS detector, especially also for EDS retrofits on older TEMs. The versatile XFlash^® 6T-30 meets all analysts needs, from excellent geometric conditions (optimum take-off and best possible solid angle) to analytical performance (light element or high count rate analysis).
