Back in 2018, after completing secondary school, I reached out to Bruker to explore career opportunities. At 18, I joined Bruker’s Industrial Clerk apprenticeship, a three-year program designed to give me the skills and qualifications to become a certified industrial clerk.
After completing my apprenticeship, I decided to pursue a dual study program in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial Management. I was fortunate to continue my journey with Bruker while studying at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). The dual system was really appealing because it offered the perfect balance between theory and practice.
During my time at Bruker, I had the chance to rotate through several departments. These roles gave me a deeper insight into the business's operational and strategic aspects, which complemented the theoretical knowledge I was acquiring at university.
I'm really excited about this next chapter. I’ve had a great experience over the past six years at Bruker, and the combination of practical work and academic learning has prepared me well for the future. Having now completed my dual studies in Industrial Management, I feel ready to take on new challenges within Bruker. The company has already given me so many opportunities for growth, and I’m looking forward to continuing my career here, building on everything I’ve learned so far. Now, I’m thrilled to begin my journey in the Marketing, Communication & Branding department as a Junior Marketing Specialist. This new role represents a perfect continuation of my development, and I’m eager to contribute and grow within the team.
