IVDr Training Course:

Introduction to the IVDr Platform - From Biofluid sample preparation, Quality Control, NMR sample submission and Results Generation, Analysis and Interpretation.

Topics:

  • Overview of Bruker IVDr Platform: software and hardware
  • Biofluid sample prep per Bruker SOPs
  • Quality Control measures
  • NMR sample submission via ICON NMR and SampleTrack
  • Automated report generation and interpretation
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting QC failures
  • Using IVDr DataBrowser for data management
  • Introduction to AMIX software and basic statistical analysis

Remarks:

This course covers the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the IVDr Platform, focusing on daily Quality Control (QC) procedures for Methanol, Sucrose, and QuantRef. You will learn sample preparation for Serum/Plasma and Urine according to Bruker SOPs, and detailed report analysis, including lipoprotein subfractions and metabolite analysis. The course also covers AMIX software for spectra manipulation, basic PCA for statistical analysis, and using the IVDr Databrowser for data management and integration with TopSpin.

Prerequisite Qualification:

All users should have basic knowledge in operating the TopSpin and ICON NMR. Basic knowledge of NMR theory and operation (acquisition and processing) is desirable but not mandatory.
