XRF Online Seminar

Turn Rocks into Money: How XRF Enables Profitable Mineral and Metal Mining

Description

X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry provides immediate, actionable data for the exploration and mining industry. At the mines, XRF is used e.g., for blast hole analysis, to support the mineral beneficiation process and for grade control. Moreover, with ever intensifying environmental regulations, XRF plays a key role to meet legislative requirements based on tailings and wastewater analysis.

In this seminar, we will provide guidance based on use cases for a broad range of applications in mineral and metal mining. We will discuss different XRF technologies, like compact energy-dispersive systems (EDXRF) and large high-end simultaneous wavelength-dispersive systems (WDXRF).
