The inner coil of these versatile probes is tunable over a frequency range that enables observation of nuclei between 31P and 15N, depending on probe configuration (BBO model) as well as 19F on BBFO models. The outer coil is optimized for 1H decoupling and observation.
You can, for example, acquire 13C spectra with 1H decoupling, then switch to 31P observation with 1H decoupling. Further, you can change observed nuclei using an automated tuning and matching device (ATM).
