Focus will be placed on developing good understanding of Vision64, acquiring advanced application skills through lectures and hands-on learning, becoming well versed in setting up recipes and measurement of difficult samples.

- Day 1: The Fundamentals - Taking a good measurement
- Day 2: Advanced Measurement Options & Vision Recipe Creation
- Day 3: Automation - Putting everything we've learned together
Prerequisites:
- Current user of Bruker 3D Optical Microscopes - NPFLEX, Contour or NT series
- Basic knowledge of interferometry and minimum of 3 months experience with the instrument
