- Pulse programs for the typical 1D and 2D experiments, AU programs and macros.
- Basics about the interaction with the operating system, networking.
Remarks:
This course offers a basic introduction into the operation of AVANCE spectrometers and the TopSpin program, including the interaction with the operating system (Linux/Windows). The course is designed for customers who are starting to work with AVANCE spectrometers. Practical sessions will cover typical routine operations like pulse determination (1H and X), routine 1D-NMR experiments (1H, 13C, DEPT), homonuclear 2D-NMR experiments like COSY and TOCSY, and heteronuclear 2D experiments like HSQC and HMBC, including the use of pulsed field gradients.
Prerequisite Qualification:
All users of AVANCE spectrometers.
