Applications

In cases where a large number of customers have applied to participate in a course it may be necessary to limit the number of participants for each customer lab to two.

Precondition for running a training course is that a minimum number of participants is reached.

Practical sessions will always be held using systems of the latest spectrometer generation.

The number of participants in all courses is limited (the participation is determined according to the date of receipt of the application, i.e., early application is recommended).

Online Registration

You have the possibility to register online. Every course description contains a link to the registration form.

Confirmation of Registration

The confirmation of registration will be sent to you well in advance, together with a detailed course program and hotel information.
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 2 weeks prior to a course start date will be accepted with a 100% refund of the course fee or voucher credits. Cancellations received within 2 weeks of a course start date will receive only a 50% refund of the course fee or voucher credits. Cancellations received after the course start date or a failure to attend a course without prior notice will result in a 100% forfeiture of the course fee or voucher credits.

We also reserve the right to cancel a course should the number of registrants not exceed a required minimum. Cancellation notices will be sent out no later than three weeks prior to the course. Full or cancelled courses will be marked on the schedule on our website. Bruker BioSpin will not be held responsible for costs incurred due cancellation of the training course prior or on the cancellation deadline.
