Remarks:

This course introduces the handling of the Bruker LC-NMR equipment and is designed for customers who start using this equipment.

Prerequisite Qualification:

Participants must be familiar with routine operations with Avance spectrometers (Shimming, pulse calibration, usage of 1D and 2D experiments in TopSpin 3.x). Practical part will be carried out on AVANCE spectrometers with CryoProbe equipped with a CryoFit for flow operation and with a BMSO + BPSU-36/2. On request, usage of the BSFU interface and of MS as a detector for loop storage  will be covered.
