准确分割磁共振成像(MRI)数据中的大脑结构对后续分析至关重要。然而,目前还缺乏可通用的方法来从不同物种(包括啮齿动物、非人灵长类动物和人类)的多模态磁共振成像数据中提取脑组织。因此,开发一种灵活、可通用的方法将使研究人员能够更有效地分析和比较实验结果。本期网络研讨会将介绍基于深度学习的网络,用于生成和分割跨物种、跨模态和跨磁共振扫描仪的多模态磁共振脑图像。

主讲人简介

张孝勇,上海交通大学医学院教授

张孝勇博士是上海交通大学医学院教授。他的研究主要集中在磁共振成像(MRI)、人工智能分析和分子成像。他对大脑微环境的可视化和机器学习算法的开发特别感兴趣。张孝勇教授撰写了五十多篇学术论文,包括发表在Medical Image Analysis、IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging等刊物上的论文。此外,张孝勇教授还作为主要研究者主持了多项由国家自然科学基金资助的研究项目。
