Analytik Jena and collaboration partner Bruker built a bridge between the powerful and unique label free detection capabilities of mass spectrometry and modular automated uHTS sample preparation. With the pipetting device CyBio Well vario Analytik Jena offers a MALDI spotting and sample optimization which works in concert with Bruker MS solutions and therefore overcomes application specific bottlenecks. From basic automation concepts reaching from stand-alone medium troughgput MALDI sample preparation workstations, modules for integrators up to automation solutions covering the whole MALDI workflow for high and ultra-high troughput, Analytik jena offers a smart and modular solution inlcuding sample preparation, labware handling, and third-party device integration. The highly sophisticated GUI-based software solution CyBio MALDI Studio serves as a convenient software control that allows easy and flexible workstation management.
Biodesix has integrated Analytik Jena’s FeliX Liquid Handler, CyBio Carry, and Active Drier to execute MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry sample preparation.
