SPECTRA.ELEMENTS for S2 PUMA

This software and hands-on course applies to users of the SPECTRA.ELEMENTS software for S2 PUMA EDXRF spectrometer. Participants will learn the fundamentals of energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry, S2 PUMA hardware, and qualitative / quantitative elemental analysis using the SPECTRA.ELEMENTS software.

  • SMART.ELEMENTS Software
  • Loader, Results Manager, XRF Evaluation, DB Management, etc.
  • Setting up a Calibration with the Wizard

Wednesday, 9:00am - 4:30pm

  • Quantitative Analysis with the Wizard Plug-in (Calibration)
  • SMART QUANT Software (Standardless Training)

Thursday, 9:00am - 4:30pm

  • Routine Maintenance, Instrument Repairs, Tools Plug-in
  • Course Wrap-up, Evaluations & Closing
