Q. Where do I find my system order number? (e.g.for Bruker support)
A. Within ParaVision:
Help menu  -> Support -> Miscellaneous -> System Order Number

Q. I suspect there is a hardware issue. Who do I contact?
A. The preferred contact point is to create service request.
Tip: filling in your serial number/system order number will autofill ProductLine/Product.

Q. How do I send  data to Bruker support?
A. Export Study from within ParaVision Dataset Browser, upload your file to Bruker Fileshare, and notify your support team.

Q. I need help with protocol optimization with one of Bruker's ParaVision Protocols. Who can help me?
A. Contact your MRI Applications support group. Include a description of your study (protocol, animal model, coils/system). It is best to optimize protocols during a pilot study and not only once real study animals are available. Where remote access by an application team member may be necessary, please allow time for scheduling.

Q. How can changes be made to Methods in ParaVision?
A. You need to have the Development license, and it is preferable to have participated in ParaVision Programming courses. Support can be obtained from
mri-software-support.
