How does DART JumpShot® HTS work?
DART JumpShot® HTS combines pulsed gas technology, automation hardware and software to analyze large sample sets via a simple three-step workflow that involves:
Using pulsed gas technology subjects each sample to just 1 – 2 seconds of ionization. This technology is the foundation of the high throughput that DART JumpShot® HTS offers – 96 samples in 6 minutes, 384 samples in 22 minutes.
At the same time pulsed gas technology almost completely eliminates ambient background noise, at the same time increasing target analyte ionization. The results is sharply defined peaks that return to baseline, enabling easier data processing and ultimately boosting sensitvity.
